The rooms felt small and definitely need some tlc. For a place calling itself upscale, the condition seemed old and NOT what i expected. The WORST part was they wouldn't give me water on the day i left. Seriously? (i mean, COME ON). When i asked about it, the manager asked how much i paid for the room. I thought that was unprofessional and unnecessary.

The breakfast portions were very generous. The pool temperature was excellent. The garden had gardenia and jasmine. This created a pleasant scent.

The room urgently needs some refurbishment. The overall condition of the hotel felt outdated. The hotel refused drinking water on the check-out day.
